In the heart of Beaujolais

The Domaine de Vernus, created in 2019, is located in the heart of the vineyards, in the municipality of Régnié-Durette at the hamlet of Vernus. It covers an area of more than 12 hectares of vines. The plots have been meticulously selected according to their location, the quality of the soil and the health of the plants.

A Collaboration

At Domaine de Vernus, Frédéric Jametton and Guillaume Rouget have joined forces to produce red wines, mostly Crus, using a healthy and sustainable viticulture approach: Beaujolais-Villages, Régnié, Morgon, Chiroubles, Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent.

A terroir, a history

The property is steeped in history and is located on the heights near the Cadole and Vergers plots. It has a panoramic view of Mont Brouilly and the hilly Beaujolais countryside.
